Welcome to Asia Sourcing. After years of visiting factories, auditing production lines, and navigating manufacturing across China and Asia, I have shifted my focus to where the real problem-solving happens: my own workshop.

Today, I focus entirely on hands-on research and development, mechanical experimentation, and hand-making mechanical concepts from scratch.

What I Do in the Workshop:

• Turning Ideas into Layouts: Taking raw concept designs, sketches, or ideas and figuring out how to make them actually work mechanically.
• Hands-on Prototyping & Testing: Building physical models and putting them through practical tests to find flaws and fix them before anything goes to a factory.
• Custom Hand-Making: Personally crafting small-scale mechanisms, parts, and mechanical concepts where manual care and adjustments are required.
• Manufacturing Advice: Using my deep background in factory production to review designs early, helping you avoid costly mistakes and improve product quality before production starts.

A Practical Approach

My background is built on real, hands-on mechanical engineering and manufacturing. I don't just sit behind a screen or pass paperwork along; I work directly with the materials and the machinery. Whether you need a concept proven out through workshop testing or need a design reviewed for manufacturing flaws, I offer practical, straightforward engineering support to get it right.
